Marc is an entrepreneurial CEO/MD with 28 years of experience in electronics, clean tech and advanced materials. Marc has extensive global experience in complex technology businesses in B2B and Public sectors with 20 years of full P&L responsibility at Philips Electronics, Dialight and Aigis. Most recently he was the founder and first CEO of Isotera, a technology company revolutionising the way in which LED lighting is powered and controlled.
Marc holds an MSc in Electronics from Delft University (Netherlands) and an MBA from Erasmus University (Netherlands) and Rochester University (New York).
Oliver is taking a hands-on role in helping IIT to make the transition from an engineering-led company to a more customer-focused and sales-driven organisation.
A investment banker, Oliver founded Hippisley Partners, a consulting firm focused on giving advice to SMEs. Oliver is an investor and Co Chairman of the International Riding Company Ltd and Matchmakers International, a wholesale equine equipment business based in Bradford. He is also a non-executive director of three other unlisted companies. Oliver holds Dual Hons degree in Theology and Politics from Bristol University.
George is one of the founders of the business and heavily involved in the development of the current technologies.
George has 40 years industrial experience in areas of Senior Management, Design & Development, Manufacturing Management, Sales & Service. Before setting up IIT, George was MD of the North East Innovation Centre. George holds B.Eng (Eng. Tech.), HNC Mech & Prod Eng. Eng Tech. Cert degrees.
Juergen Maier was appointed Chief Executive on 1 July 2014. He has been a member of the Siemens UK Executive Board since 2008, and held senior roles within Siemens in the UK and Germany including Managing Director of Industrial activities for the UK and Manufacturing Director of the award-winning Drives factory in Congleton.
Juergen joined Siemens in 1986 with a BSc in production engineering from Nottingham Trent University, on a Siemens-sponsored graduate programme. He was made an honorary professor of Engineering at the University of Manchester in March 2014

Giancarlo started his career 1980 at Hitachi America Ltd. working in the Procurement Department responsible for researching new strategic U.S. suppliers for the Head Office in Japan. He later joined AGIP U.S.A. coordinating the broad range of activities AGIP in Houston
In 1987 Giancarlo joined Permasteelisa and in the 20 years in the company as Managing Director he helped grow the business into one of the world’s leading building façade companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ralph has many years of experience in Oil & Gas, Coal, and small engineering firms.
He represents YPIL, the first investors in IIT.
Exxon Corp. Drummond Coal Corp, Kuwait Petroleum Corp. and others, in Canada, USA, Middle East, North Africa and throughout Europe.
Ralph holds Harvard AB (Geol.) and MBA degrees.
UGB Vice President, Head of Asset Management and Investment Banking
Mr. Parik joined UGB in 2007. He has more than 14 years of experience in the financial services industry in Investment Banking, Asset Management and Corporate Banking. Mr. Parik has worked across deals in MENA region, Europe and Asia, spanning multiple industries, he is responsible for maximizing value of UGB’s investment portfolio.
Prior to joining UGB, Mr. Parik has worked in various capacities with multinational firms. He currently serves as a Board Member in International Innovative Technologies Ltd. Mr. Parik is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA degree with specialization in Finance from BIM Trichy, India.
